Alliance Express has added 3 new lines of Cable Glands to their latest Master Catalog. These new lines of Cable Glands are offered in NPT, PC and Metric threads. They are designed to fit a wide range of diameters. We suggest selecting a gland with the smallest maximum clamping range for your application for best results.
These cable glands are IP68 rated protection (5 bar) to provide dust and water tight performance and strain relief. They are available in black and silver gray but we recommend the black for outdoor applications. These new cable glands are made of UL approved Nylon 66 (UL 94V-2 Rated) and have working temperature ranges of -40°F (-40°C) to 221°F (105°C) and intermittent temperatures up to 300°F (149°C). All sizes are UL, CSA and VDE approved.
Alliance has also added a full range of EPDM sealing washers and lock nuts to accompany these new cable glands but they are optional parts and are sold separately.
