Alliance Express has added three new series of circuit board spacers to our comprehensive circuit board hardware range. Our circuit board spacers include push in spacers, wide base spacers, PCB spacers, and reverse locking spacers.
Our circuit board spacers are designed to accommodate and support heavily loaded printed circuit boards (PCBs). They feature a one-piece design so you can install them without using fasteners. Just mount them onto the board and they're all set for use.
Our circuit board spacers also require low cost assembly for equipment modification and maintenance. These also come with standard ISO and OHSAS certifications to guarantee their safety and efficiency.
The push in spacers feature a tension wing design that offers extra support into the chassis while ensuring a secure fit. For these spacers, there are no fasteners required for mounting due to the one-piece design. It is also important to note that this series covers imperial lengths.
The wide base spacers are designed specifically for those applications that require additional stability and load bearing capabilities. For applications that will be carrying a heavier load than standard applications, we recommend using a wide base spacer. The wide base design on both ends provides additional support for those printed circuit boards (PCBs) that are heavily loaded. These wide base spacers cover imperial lengths. This range of spacers also eliminates screws, nuts and lock washers in mounting.
Reverse locking spacers are also used in applications that require additional support for heavily loaded circuit boards. These reverse locking spacers are inserted from the chassis underside and, due to the one-piece design, require no fasteners for mounting.
