    Quick fit raised face flange protectors quickly fit into flange bolt holes and are weather and petroleum resistant. There are no fasteners required for assembly. Adhesive peel and stick raised face flange protectors don't require fasteners either, due to the adhesive back. The special adhesive bonds tightly and leaves no residue under normal conditions. Each size will protect the raised face for 150, 300, 400, 600, 900, 1500 and 2500 pound flanges. The raised face protector plugs protects petroleum, gas and water type valve flanges, but leaves the bolt holes exposed. They protect raised machine faces and pipe interiors from dirt and moisture during shot and sandblasting operations. The tapered plug design fits snugly into the pipe's interior. Our full line of full face flange protectors for 5/8" bolt holes are available in 3 different materials: pressboard, corrugated LDPE and HDPE. These provide full face flange protection on the exposed sealing surface of the flange. Fasteners are required for these products. Matching bolt hole HDPE flange protectors are designed specifically with 4 equally spaced holes to math the flange's bolt hole diameter and bolt circle for ease of securing with fasteners. We also carry a line of flange protectors that do not require fasteners. The selfing locking flange protectors are fast and easy to install and remove. The four integral arrows push through the flange bolt holes to fasten the flange protector firmly in place. The flexible protectors provide complete all around flange protection, including bolt holes. The material is durable, yet flexible enough to provide an easy fit. The flexible fins of the push in full face flange protectors ensure a snug fit into the bore every time, thus eliminating the need for fasteners. Quick fit flange protectors provide full coverage with lugs firmly positioned into bolt holes. Split flange covers protect machined surfaces on split flanged connections. The internal locking bead design provides a secure fit without any fasteners.
