Rivets

The new rivets include full lines of snap rivets designed for fast and easy installation without any tools. Simply place the rivet into the hole and press down on the head to fasten. The round head provides a clean, finished look. Alliance Express also launched a line of counter sunk snap rivets. The flat head allows or easier disassembly when required and installs just like the snap rivets. Also new to the Alliance Express product offering are releasable snap rivets. The releasable snap rivets are designed with a larger finger grip head for optimal installation and removal by simply pushing or pulling the rivet from the hole. As the name implies, these rivets can be used multiple times. The push rivets are as simple to use as they sound. Simply install by placing the rivet into the hole and push the plunger into the rivet to expand the legs and lock into place. There are no tools required for installation, making it quick and easy. Snap latch rivets, also new, are ideal for applications that require maintenance work. These snap latch rivets are designed for fast and easy installation or removal by hand by snapping in and out of place. They are offered in three different head styles and four different grommets for various panel thicknesses and hole sizes. The grommet and plunger require mating parts are sold separately.
