Threaded Plastic Plugs

New to the threaded plug selection are wide flange plugs. The nylon material absorbs paint, keeping paint flakes to a minimum and the unique wide flange design keeps any remaining paint flakes away from the hole when removed. The nitrile gasket seals the plug to the mating surface for a watertight seal. These plugs can be applied or removed by hand, screwdriver or with a torque wrench. We also carry threaded plugs with a serrated grip, which are used on a variety of applications, and can be applied or removed by hand, hex wrench or screwdriver. UNF standard threaded molded O-ring plugs are also available and are often used on flat faced hydraulic fittings. The integral O-ring type bead prevents oil leakage or entrance of contaminants and the flange lip compresses against the surface to keep contaminants out. Also new to the threaded plug product offering are threaded plugs for flat faced O-ring hydraulic fittings. The head is designed with 6 or 8 ribs for simple hand or mchanical installation. These threaded plugs are used to protect flat faced O-ring hydraulic fittings. Alliance Express has also added NPT threaded nylon plugs with optional O-rings. The unique head design allows the user to apply or remove this plug by hand or with a 12 point socket head, screwdriver or wrench. These threaded plugs are used to protect NPT threaded ports and the optional O-ring gives this part a watertight seal for superior leakage protection. These threaded plugs are recommended when strength and abrasion resistance is desired.
