Wire Management

Alliance Express has significantly expanded our Wire Mgmt line for 2013. Our new PVC coated Metal Conduit gives a liquid-tight and abrasion protection to wires and cables. Plus, we have added a variety of plastic and metal Conduit Fittings that will mate to our conduits. Once these are assembled and installed together you will no longer have to worry about your cables & wires being unprotected or exposed. Also, we have added over 200 parts to our Heat Shrink Tubing offering. New Slit Harness Wrap which meets UL # E208749 to protect cables & wires from wear. A handy installation tool is also available. These parts along with the quick fit and stepped Grommets, Metric and PG threaded Blind Plugs and rubber covered steel P Clamps complete our new product offering. With all these new products available don’t forget about our previous product offerings like 3 different thread styles of Cable Glands that meet the needs of our customer’s applications. The Cable Glands join our line of rubber and plastic grommets to protect your cables & wires from sharp edges. Also, available are Grommet Edging, Grommet Sleeves, Insulating Bushings and Strain Relief Bushings. Alliance Express offers Panel Plugs, PVC & TPR Hole Plugs and Sheet Metal Plugs which provide an attractive finish and secure fit for entry holes in sheet metal. Conduit is available in 4 materials and 2 styles - split and unsplit. Several styles of clamps are available for protecting bundles or tubes at insulation. Circular connector caps and plugs are designed for easy assembly and removal by hand and are used to protect electrical connectors. Alliance Express also stocks entrance heads, adapter sleeves, anti-short bushings, non-metallic cable connectors, threaded insulation bushings, clamp-back spacers and insulating sleeves to complete our wire management offering.
