Sara graduated from the Athens Institute with a degree in nutrition.
Sara took part in several Greek national and international conferences on nutrition, diabetes, and obesity, in the conference “Interdisciplinary Weight Management Days” (Athens). Sara Kegel passed a course on an in-depth study of olive oil.
Her methodology includes:
first of all, the information block: the minimum knowledge necessary for each person on how to choose products, how to cook, how to eat food and, of course, applied knowledge about nutrition and combination of products, scientifically based, summarized for the user and decomposed into simple and understandable for all the rules;
developing an acceptable and affordable eating style;
control of all changes taking place with weekly consultations;
diet pills review.
